These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TikTok integration feature (“Feature”) provided by musicyes.com (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using this Feature, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to our general musicyes.com Terms of Service.

1. Description of the Feature

The Feature enables you to connect your TikTok account and publish promotional content (including, but not limited to, music video clips) directly from musicyes.com to the TikTok platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must have a valid TikTok account in good standing.

• You must be authorized to post the content you upload to TikTok.

• If you are using this Feature on behalf of an artist, label, or other organization, you represent that you have the proper authority to do so.

3. Content Ownership & Responsibility

• You retain ownership of any content you upload and distribute via this Feature.

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws, TikTok’s Community Guidelines, TikTok’s Terms of Service, and any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, and publicity rights).

• By using the Feature, you grant musicyes.com a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process, transmit, and deliver your content to TikTok for the sole purpose of providing this service.

4. Compliance with TikTok API Policies

• This Feature uses the TikTok API. Your use of this Feature must comply with TikTok’s **Developer Terms of Service** (last updated March 21, 2024), along with any applicable **Commercial Terms**.

• musicyes.com is not responsible for TikTok’s actions, including content removals, account suspensions, or API changes that may affect the availability of this Feature.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Feature to:

• Post unauthorized, infringing, or illegal content.

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

• Circumvent TikTok’s security, moderation, or content restrictions.

• Engage in spam, harassment, or other abusive practices.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to this Feature if you violate these Terms or TikTok’s policies.

6. Service Availability

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of this Feature.

• TikTok may modify, suspend, or discontinue its API at any time, which may affect the availability of this Feature.

• By using this Feature, you authorize musicyes.com to access and process certain TikTok account information (such as your username, profile ID, and publishing permissions) as required to operate the Feature.

• We will only use your TikTok data for the purpose of enabling content posting and will not sell or share your TikTok account data with unauthorized third parties.

8. Termination
